We accept card payments as well as UPI payments. Cash on Delivery is available only in select locations in India. If you are having a payment issue, please write to us at hello@cowrie.co.in
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
We take up to 5-7 business days to ship orders out. Thereafter, expect your package to be delivered anywhere between 7-10 days depending on your location. Once shipped, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation with tracking details.
CAN I REQUEST FOR A SPEED DELIVERY?
Yes, you can. If you'd like your order delivery expedited please email us at hello@cowrie.co.in and we'll try to accommodate your request.
DOES COWRIE SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we do. Please write to us on hello@cowrie.co.in with order details. Customers will be charged actual shipping based on package size/weight and location.
WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS AND OTHER DUTIES?
Some countries levy import taxes, customs fees and/or other duties when goods are imported. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. The customer is responsible for ensuring compliance with laws and regulations of the country of destination. Cowrie Collective Private Limited is not responsible for any additional charges that may apply.

HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
We do not offer any refunds, however we can give you store credit against returned item(s) in the following cases:
(a) Incase of damage: We quality check each order personally before shipping out, but in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, please write to us at hello@cowrie.co.in and we will replace your damaged order with a fresh one. Please refer to the exchange guidelines* below to ensure your order is eligible for exchange.

Exchange against an order is only accepted if there are sizing issues. Please request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. You can write to us at hello@cowrie.co.in or DM us on Instagram @cowrie.collective, be sure to include photos/videos in case of damages.
WHEN YOU MAKE AN EXCHANGE, ALL RETURN ITEMS MUST ADHERE TO THE FOLLOWING:
- All returned items must be unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included.
- If trying on your purchases, please return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
